Amanda Steinberg is a practicing registered dietitian. She has a nutrition private practice counseling business located in Westwood. Amanda’s nutrition philosophy is a unique focus on nurturing and respecting your body through nutrition. She is educated on evidence-based nutrition practices that will effectively treat chronic health issues on an individual basis. Amanda also is passionate about cooking and creating healthy recipes.

We are lucky enough to have her as our guest in the BHWC kitchen to demonstrate the process of making egg muffins, a kale salad and a berry crisp (for which attendees will be able to receive recipes as well as enjoy for brunch afterwards) and she will also explain why these foods are healthy.

Amanda received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona, studying Nutritional Science, with an emphasis in Dietetics. Amanda worked at Cedar-Sinai, in Los Angeles, regarded as one of the top hospitals in the world. Amanda currently serves the board for the California Academy of Dietetics and Dietetics/Los Angeles District as the Social Media Co-Chair.
